Hello, my name is Sunshine (Sunchai is my native language name which can be pronounced as the word in English). I am doctoral student majoring in English. I have been a student at Texas A&M-Commerce for two and a haft year. Now I just have taken all of the coursework for the English program, I decide to take the courses in ETEC as the electives to fulfill my knowledge in education and teaching because I would like to be a well-rounded graduate student both in language studies and education. When I graduate from here, I would like to be a professor in the university. Educational technology is increasing its role in the development of learning experience for the next generation learner. Personally, I am a tech-savvy person who like exploring the Internet for tools in language education. In next semester, I am developing a research proposal for dissertation focusing on the following areas: Computer Assisted Language Learning (CALL), New Literacies (NL), and Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL). Hopefully, taking this course would be a gateway to achieve the dissertation in the areas I am focusing on.

For the family information , I am a father of two kids. Pammy is my-five-year-old daughter and Ethan is another one-year-old son. Sue is my lovely and devoted wife who is the only most important person in my life. We have been married for seven years; starting from a coworker relationship when we were teachers in the university in Thailand. She always supports me whenever I need. I will work hard to help supporting family because I love them all.
